Payment is made on delivery by cash or card to the courier or delivery agent. No payment is required online or by phone. If you are unable to pay on delivery, the order will be returned and cancelled.

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us directly. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery - the parcel will be returned and your order cancelled at no cost to you.
